Dear Prospective Sponsor,

My name is Ron Rigdon with Circle Heart Racing and I am the Honda Challenge Director with NASA-Southeast (National Auto Sport Association) which is hosting the 5th Annual "Santa's Toy Run" Toy Drive and Road Race benefiting Gwinnett Children Shelter, Piedmont CASA, PADV, Kid-Stuff, Rainbow Village, A Friends House, Haven House, VFW National Home for Children plus many more.

I would like to personally invite your company to be a part of this worthwhile event that will provide donations and toys for kids this Christmas. Last year’s event provided more than 400 foster and homeless kids with gifts at Christmas.

My dream is to provide more than 500 kids with Christmas gifts this year. As a business owner and volunteer, I am working diligently every day to make this dream become a reality. We need your support especially this year because the number of homeless and otherwise displaced kid has grown by more than 35%.

Please take a minute to review this prospectus and reply so your company can benefit by being a part of this great event for the kids. My e-mail is Ron@SantasToyRun.org and cell phone number is 404-925-7350. Any and all considerations are greatly needed and appreciated.

My mission is to gain recognition and donations for these charities. These are carefully select non-profit organizations devoted to providing educational, financial, social, and the medical needs for children supported by these organizations. It is important that local members and businesses in our community support these organizations devoted to children in need who will be the future contributors to our society and economy.

I wanted to share some staggering statistics regarding homeless, special needs, and foster children in the Atlanta Metro area and surrounding counties. There were over 6000 homeless children in Metro Atlanta during the 2008/09 school year. It is anticipated that 3500 children will live in shelters or in group homes during 2010.  Perhaps the most alarming data is that 42% of these children are under age 6. With this quantity of care being demanded from scarce resources, it’s easy to see how special needs kids can get ignored entirely. This is where you come in by providing the support needed of these children during Christmas.

Your involvement as a sponsor at any level is crucial to our success with this year’s toy drive. In turn you or your company will receive recognition in both a local and national market to prospective customers or clients. Clear Channel has agreed to help us advertise the event which could potentially get your name in front of thousands of current and new consumers while demonstrating your unwavering support for children.

The 2012 Santa’s Toy Run was established to provide support to these agencies dedicated to providing the essentials to lead productive lives. I have personally pledged toys to a number of foster care facilities and unfortunate families. With your support, my dream of helping children in their time of need will come true, especially at Christmas.

Thank You,

Ron & Debbie Rigdon
